These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of merchandise from the Kiss Tony online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All products are sold by Kiss Tony and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are charged separately.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
All products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
You will receive a tracking number via email from Printful once your order has been dispatched. Kiss Tony is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
Because all items are printed on demand by Printful, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under Printful's return policy.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a claim, email us at merch@kisstony.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will file a claim with Printful on your behalf and they will review it within a few business days.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
